The classification and nomenclature follow the Danish catalogue (Karsholt & Stadel Nielsen, 1998) which is based on the European checklist (Karsholt & Razowski (eds.), 1996). Six species are reported as new to the Danish fauna: 1) Stigmella stettinensis (Heinemann, 1871)(Nepticulidae). One specimen was taken in a light trap in Copenhagen; 2) Schiffermuelleria grandis (Desvignes, 1842)(Oecophoridae). One specimen has been collected at light on the Island Langeland; 3) Goniodoma limoniella (Stainton, 1884)(Coleophoridae). Numerous specimens have been taken both in a light trap and flying around the host plant on the Island of Rømø in south-west Jutland. The species is regarded as recently established; 4) Lozotaeniodes formosana (Geyer, 1830)(Tortricidae). One specimen was taken in a light trap in the Copenhagen area; 5) Cydia lobarzewskii (Nowicki, 1860) (Tortricidae). One specimen has been taken in a light trap on the Island Møn in southern Denmark; 6) Ecpyrrhorrhoe rubiginalis (Hübner, 1796)(Pyralidae). One specimen has been taken in a light trap on the island Bornholm. We introduced a special list of species with uncertain status last year (Buhl et al., 2009: 67). This year the following two species is transferred to this list: Caloptilia azaleella (Brants, 1913) and Cacoecimorpha pronubana (Hübner, 1799). Also Tuta absoluta (Meyrick, 1917)(Gelechiidae), of which one specimen was caught in a light trap in Copenhagen area, is placed on this list. The species is a well known pest on tomatoes spreading in Europe and now for the first time recorded from Denmark. The total number of Danish Nepticulidae is now 86; Oecophoridae 30; Coleophoridae 118; Tortricidae 383 and of Pyralidae 196; this results in a total of 1560 species of Microlepidoptera (families Micropterigidae-Pyralidae) found in Denmark. The total amount of Macrolepidoptera mentioned from Denmark is now 962, bringing the number of Danish Lepidoptera to a total of 2522 species.
<notes>
<notes></notes><custom1></custom1><auth-address>
<research-notes></research-notes><custom1></custom1></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="6.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors>

</authors></contributors><titles>
<accession-num><style face="normal" A combination of black head, ochreous orangefrontal tuft, creamy collar and scape, and hindwing black androconial scales are characteristic ofthe male. The female specimens collected by the present authors together with males, and describedfor the first time here, having the same morphological characters combined with the transversal forewingband, have been preliminarily attached to this species. Stigmella irregularis develops in the leavesof Pyrus amygdaliformis Vill., adults were collected near Pyrus elaeagrifolia Pallas, and other Pyrus speciesare also possible host plants. The indistinctly yellow larva forms a narrow, later only slightly dilatingmine, with dropping accumulation in its first half. All other nepticulid species mining on Pyrus spp.show green or greenish white larvae. Judging from the occurrence of adults and larvae, the species eitherproduces two or just one extended generation per year. It is known from Crimea, Croatia, Greece(incl. Crete and Rhodos), and Sicily; here it is reported from Croatia for the first time, and the first exactfaunistic data are supplied for Greece.
<research-notes><style face="normal" In 2006, after focused searching, the species was discovered as being common in the province of Limburg and neighbouring Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen), while the species had never been recorded there before. Mines were also found for the first time in the Eifel mountains, Germany, and in Belgium in three localities in the south. The sudden appearance is paralleled by an expansion in England. Possible explanations for this expansion are the increased lanting of the host trees almost everywhere, and the mild winters. These favour the hibernating adults: there are strong indications that S. aceris is the only nepticulid species in Central and West-Europe that hibernates as adult. The European distribution shown is based on a large sample of available literature, collection data and data received from colleagues. Records of 56 species of mining Lepidoptera are given, mostly for Wallonia. Stigmella thuringiaca (Namur: Nismes, on Potentilla tabernaemontani), Ectoedemia arcuatella (Luxembourg, Namur, on Fragaria vesca) and Leucoptera lustratella (Luxembourg, Namur, on Hypericum perforatum) are reported new for Belgium on the basis of reared adults, Stigmella crataegella (Luxembourg: Belvaux, Crataegus monogyna), S. confusella (West Vlaanderen, Betula pubescens), Trifurcula subnitidella (Namur: Nismes, Lotus corniculatus), and Ectoedemia spinosella (Namur: Nismes, Prunus spinosa) are reported as new on the basis of vacated mines and Coptotriche heinemanni (on Agrimonia eupatoria) and C. gaunacella (on Prunus spinosa) are reported as new both from the province of Luxembourg: Torgny, each on the basis of a single larva and mine, of which rearing failed. In addition to these, 50 new provincial records are given, particularly for Liège, Luxembourg and Namur. Trifurcula pallidella (Duponchel, 1843) is recorded for the first time from 30 localities insouth-eastern Poland. The biology is described and illustrated in detail for the first time: the larva makesspindle shaped galls in stems of Chamaecytisus spp., Lembotropis nigricans, and Cytisus procumbens. InPoland it is usually found on dry grassland or edges of woodland on calcareous soils. The larva, pupa andgalls are described and illustrated. The distribution is revised and mapped on the basis of material andliterature: its occurrence in Germany: Bavaria, Italy mainland and Sicily is confirmed, and new recordsare given for Corsica and Crete. It is widespread from Southeast Poland southwards throughout theBalkans and eastwards to the Volga, in the West to Regensburg in Germany, southern Switzerland, western Italy and Corsica. Palaearctic and feeding on Quercus are reviewed. We recognise 19 species, five of which are described as new: Stigmella fasciata sp.n. on Quercus pubescens from Slovenia, Croatia, Greece and Turkey, S. cocciferae sp.n. on Q. coccifera from Greece, Turkey and Israel, S. kasyi sp.n. from Afghanistan, possibly feeding on Quercus baloot, S. bicuspidata sp.n. from Turkey (host unknown) and S. karsholti sp. n. on Q. canariensis from Tunisia. Stigmella ilicifoliella (Mendes, 1918) comb. n., stat. rev. is removed from synonymy with S. suberivora (Stainton, 1869), it occurs in France, Spain and Portugal, partly sympatric with S. suberivora on Quercus rotundifolia, Q. ilex and Q. suber. Stigmella nigra Dufrane, 1955 is synonymised with S. ilicifoliella. S. suberivora, S. ilicifoliella, S. szoecsiella (Borkowski, 1972), S. macrolepidella (Klimesch, 1978), S. zangherii (Klimesch, 1951), S. dorsiguttella (Johansson, 1971), S. trojana Z. & A. Laštůvka, 1998 and S. eberhardi (Johansson, 1971) are redescribed. A new diagnostic character on the forewing underside is described for male S. svenssoni (Johansson, 1971). Data on distribution and biology are given for all species, keys are given for males and for male and female genitalia. All known hostplants are listed, including several new records. The fauna on evergreen oaks, counting three species, is poor compared to that on deciduous oaks and compared to the genus Ectoedemia. The Eastern Mediterranean region, with about five endemic species, has a more diverse fauna than the Western part, were only three endemic species occur.
<research-notes></research-notes></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="6.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>5</ref-type><contributors><authors>
<research-notes></research-notes></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="6.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors>

</authors></contributors><titles>

<secondary-title></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword></keywords><dates><year></year><pub-dates><date></date></pub-dates></dates><urls><web-urls>
</web-urls></urls><number></number><volume></volume><pages></pages>
</record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="6.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors>

</authors></contributors><titles>

<secondary-title></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword></keywords><dates><year></year><pub-dates><date></date></pub-dates></dates><urls><web-urls>
</web-urls></urls><number></number><volume></volume><pages></pages>
<research-notes></research-notes></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="6.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors>
<notes></notes></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="6.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>6</ref-type><contributors><authors>

</authors></contributors><titles>
<notes></notes><custom1></custom1></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="6.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors>

</authors></contributors><titles>

<secondary-title></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword></keywords><dates><year></year><pub-dates><date></date></pub-dates></dates><number></number><volume></volume><pages></pages>
<research-notes></research-notes><custom1></custom1></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="6.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors>

</authors></contributors><titles>

<secondary-title></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword><keyword></keyword></keywords><dates><year></year><pub-dates><date></date></pub-dates></dates><number></number><volume></volume><pages></pages>
<research-notes></research-notes><custom1></custom1></record></records></xml>
